We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HubSpot Administrator / Marketing Operations Specialist to oversee our HubSpot ecosystem and ensure seamless alignment across marketing, sales, and product functions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic insight, enabling data-driven growth and optimized customer journeys.


Key Responsibilities

Platform Governance & Maintenance

  • Maintain data hygiene, including deduplication, lead/contact integrity, and field mapping alignment.

  • Manage user permissions, roles, teams, and security settings.

  • Oversee system updates, feature rollouts, and HubSpot releases.

  • Create and maintain internal documentation, processes, and training materials.

Campaign Setup & Execution

  • Build and manage marketing, sales, and lifecycle campaigns (workflows, sequences, drip campaigns).

  • Implement lead scoring, nurturing paths, segmentation, and campaign logic.

  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to execute email campaigns, landing pages, CTAs, and forms.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and attribution models to inform decision-making across teams.

  • Monitor campaign performance, funnel metrics, marketing ROI, and lead-to-opportunity conversions.

  • Identify and surface insights and optimization opportunities (e.g., high drop-off points, underperforming segments).

Technical Integrations & Automation

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and CRM systems, payment systems, data warehouses, and other marketing tools.

  • Build automation flows across systems (API calls, webhooks, custom objects) to streamline processes.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure accurate, consistent data syncs.

Strategic Consultation & Optimization

  • Act as a HubSpot subject-matter expert, advising leadership on marketing, sales, and product alignment.

  • Stay current on HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends, proposing enhancements where applicable.

  • Conduct periodic audits and recommend process improvements for performance optimization.



Requirements


  • 3–5+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Marketing Operations Specialist, or in a related role within marketing automation.

  • Strong expertise across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.

  • Proven experience building workflows, segmentation strategies, lead scoring, ABM campaigns, nurturing programs, and drip campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of APIs and integration frameworks (Zapier, webhooks, CRM syncs, custom objects).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Admin, Solutions Architect) strongly preferred.


Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

  • Familiarity with complex sales cycles and regulated industries (insurance, payments).

  • Experience in external service or consulting models requiring high autonomy and accountability.

  • Self-driven, curious, and motivated to continuously grow within the HubSpot ecosystem.
