Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide direction and guidance to the team in the execution of the leasing strategies
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximise rental yields and occupancy of the properties within the commercial portfolio
  • Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
  • Review and recommend position and tenancy mix of new and existing properties
  • Recommend periodic changes to tenancy mix renewal of existing leases
  • Conduct market research and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
  • Prepare annual rental budget, rental forecast and management reports
  • Sign letter of offer, tenancy agreement and other related documentations.
