Job Summary

The Finance and Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and administrative operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls, and supporting the Managing Director in strategic and operational decision-making. The role includes managing accounting functions, budgeting, financial reporting, and general administration for the Singapore office.

 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

·         Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

·         Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

·         Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

·         Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST submissions, and annual filings with relevant authorities.

·         Coordinate external audits including annual stock counts.

 

Administrative Management

·         Supervise general office administration, procurement, and vendor management.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations,internal control policies and procedures including workplace safety and health, anti-competition compliance

·         Oversee HR-related administration, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

 

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of three staff in finance and administration.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

 

Reporting & Liaison

  • Report financial results and key metrics to the Managing Director and Immediate Holding Company

  • Ensure alignment with group financial policies and internal controls

  • Liaise with CFO of the immediate Holding Company for group reporting and compliance requirements
