We are looking to hire regular full time FedEx Delivery Contingency Drivers with work-related driving experience and a strong work ethic to make local, residential, and business deliveries.(_CDL License Not required) _SHORT NOTICE TRAVELING REQUIRED!

- We cover all lodging, whether it’s a hotel, Airbnb, or apartment
- Everyone gets own room (unless requested to share)
- Travel reimbursement to work location (fuel, flights, etc.)
- At least 5 weeks before taking vacation (Travel for vacation on you)
- Recommend having your own vehicle since Uber or ride-share can get pricey depending on the area.

- Any fuel or travel reimbursements will hit first paycheck

Requirements:

  • Must be badged
  • Familiar with Network 2.0 and understands how to hit express deadlines
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug exam with continued random drug screens throughout employment
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs on your own and up to 150 lbs with dolly
  • Pass FedEx Delivery Driver background check
  • Must have clean criminal record. No felonies.
  • Be on time and ready to work each workday
  • Be able to climb stairs
  • Be able to sit for up to two hours
  • Be able to work in all types of weather
  • Be able to communicate effectively with teammates and customers
  • Have a strong work ethic and get it done attitude

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

  • Your vehicle must be always operated safely
  • Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 150 stops a day
  • Pre Trip/Post Trip Inspections
  • Loading/Organizing work truck
  • Work independently and as part of a fedex delivery driver team
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the manager
  • Accurately operate scanner/effectively track fedex delivery driver process
  • Efficiently operate scanner and track the FedEx delivery process
  • Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner (100% ILS)
