Essential Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories.
• Golf club fitting experience, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
• Familiarity with top component brands and their products.
• Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute, with strong text-based communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, with a focus on providing exceptional support and guidance to customers.
