Key Responsibilities Manage and assign emails in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally. Process invoices from suppliers, deliver customer invoices, and receive payments from customers, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial transactions are handled securely and in compliance with our policies. Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites, ensuring that all orders are accurately tracked and updated in real-time. Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional service, support, and sales expertise to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, communicating with vendors to confirm price and availability, and processing orders with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers regarding ship dates, ensuring that all customers are informed and updated on the status of their orders. Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all financial transactions are handled securely and in compliance with our policies. Keep track of past-due invoices, following up with customers and vendors as necessary to ensure timely payment and minimize outstanding balances. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive work ethic and communication style, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. High-level organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Friendly and patient demeanor, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and vendors in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using eCommerce software and ERP systems. Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus, but not required. Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines, with a strong ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
