Job Overview The Chat Support Associate will be responsible for engaging with our community of veterinary professionals, providing them with top-notch support through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Experience in chat support is strongly preferred, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms being a significant advantage.
