You will work closely with a high-performing team in a collaborative environment, ensuring that client initiatives are fully delivered and expectations are exceeded.Key Responsibilities• Possess an in-depth understanding of your client's strategic objectives, key drivers of success, organizational culture, and business objectives.• Provide guidance to customers in the assessment of goals and strategies to optimize performance across their program.• Identify unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film, or TV production, and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity.• Establish partnerships with key business constituents, including Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, Implementations, and Meetings.• Build a web of influence at key levels within the account and among affiliate studios working with our clients on specific productions.• Understand and support the dynamic needs of entertainment travel, trends, and evolving requirements.• Complete strategic account plans, focused on identifying groundbreaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience.• Create customer value, exceed customer expectations, strengthen client relationships, drive savings, increase retention, and optimize performance through process and data analysis.• Lead the improvement of the American Express Global Business Travel value proposition through consultation, technology road mapping, and optimizing online servicing solutions.• Represent AEGBT to Media and Entertainment prospects as a subject matter expert.Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for the unique needs of entertainment clients, as well as proven success in global account/client management or project management experience.
