What you will be responsible for:

  • Conduct in-depth bottom-up fundamental research on companies and industries to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including building and maintaining financial models.
  • Develop investment theses and make investment recommendations for portfolio managers.
  • Monitor existing portfolio holdings and track relevant industry trends.
  • Prepare comprehensive research reports and present investment ideas to the investment team.
  • Participate in management meetings, earnings calls, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share insights and contribute to the overall investment process and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, economic trends, and company-specific news that may impact investments.

How you can stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is often preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Equity Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful stock analysis and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, concise investment recommendations.
  • Demonstrated passion for financial markets and investing.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong network within the investment community.
