What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end handling of English content across all business lines for our platform and sub-sites — including translation, editing, contextual polishing, and localization. Average daily output: ~6,000 words.
  • Work with a wide variety of content types: website localization (with SEO optimization), app UI copy, product and technical documentation, marketing materials, Help Center articles, and legal/compliance documents.
  • Monitor and enhance language quality across all departments, ensuring zero complaints on language service.
  • Maintain and customize termbases in collaboration with the team, focusing on crypto and finance sectors and aligning with industry standards.
  • Help develop and maintain multi-scenario style guides to ensure user-friendly content across emails, announcements, and listing campaigns.
  • Build and continuously optimize the translation memory database.
  • Act as a language expert, collaborating with product, operations, and legal teams to offer localization strategies — especially for culturally sensitive content.
  • Implement and integrate CAT tools (e.g., Phrase) and machine translation engines (e.g., DeepL, Google MT), and provide real-time feedback for improvements.
  • Deliver regular language quality reports, including error categorization, improvement suggestions, and best practices.

What you'll need

  • Proficient in English (professional level).
  • 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry — beginners will not be considered.
  • Proven experience in English translation or proofreading, with knowledge of CAT tools (proficiency in at least one CAT tool preferred; flexible on this requirement).
  • Located in or near UTC+8 timezone (Asia preferred).
