Assess and address the mental health and wellness needs of employees and their families. Develop and implement effective treatment plans for employees and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed records of counseling sessions and progress. Collaborate with other professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care for employees. Stay up-to-date on current mental health practices and trends to provide the best care possible. Serve as a compassionate and supportive resource for employees during times of crisis or personal struggles. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with employees. Communicate effectively with employees, their families, and other stakeholders to provide information and resources related to mental health and wellness. Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve the Employee Assistance Program. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
