We put the customer first in everything we do - our engineers, account managers and customer teams ensure that we deliver what our customers need, when they need it.Position & Key Responsibilities:The Director of Strategic Accounts will partner with the Medical VP GM & VP Commercial Office to drive our growth strategy for our most important Customers. You will maximize revenue with the goal of outpacing market growth by building close relationships, understanding our customers strategies and needs This position will be responsible for driving sales with a primary focus on market share and content growth across the product portfolio within their customer base to grow the business and delivering an extraordinary customer experience. Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:• Own Critical Customer Communications• Own Relationship at all levels of the account• Understand the Customer Business Strategy and Anticipate the Customer Needs• Understand the competitive threats at "their" account• Understand the "Risk Profile" for TE Medical at "their" account• Partner with Product Management team on decisions impacting their Account• Meet or exceed commitments (revenue growth, market share growth, account profitability, and customer experience).• Build strategic, executive level customer relationships, demonstrate TE capabilities and technologies to the customer base, capture customer insights and translate into account/ regional strategies to grow share.• Support new product roadmaps and drive customer adoption.• Drive sales efforts, account planning and strategy execution.• Develop annual revenue plan and present progress updates throughout the organization.• Clear alignment and communication with key internal stakeholders (product management, operations, engineering).• Establish and drive strong sales operational process and discipline (e.g. Forecast accuracy).• Clear understanding of how to leverage regional sales teams most effectively to capture opportunities.• Drive customer satisfaction through extraordinary customer experienceWhat your background should look like:• 15+ years Sales Management/ leadership experience.• Bachelor's Degree with a technical knowledge and discipline, Engineering Qualification• MBA strongly preferred.• Extensive experience in the Medical Device sector strongly preferred• Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts at a senior level• Building Relationships at all levels in a Customer• Presence, ability to develop strong networks in customer / across industry• Political savviness• Demonstrated ability to quickly gain trust and confidence• High Levels of energy and intensity• Driven, desire to win, high levels of accountability• Naturally resilient• Strong Business, commercial, and technical acumen.• Ability to develop, articulate, and implement sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
