Are you?<br><br><strong>About The Role<br><br></strong>The Director, Channel Accounts (DCA) role will be responsible for specialty pharmacy account management for assigned Channel Partners, including alignment and communications with internal cross-functional stakeholders and business partners. Through these relationships, the DCA will lead the account management efforts and support appropriate utilization of Insmed brands so that all patients who could benefit from the products can achieve access. This will be achieved through execution and management of product specific agreements and ongoing account management to help ensure access for appropriate patients.<br><br>Accounts may include National and/or Independent Specialty pharmacies.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Overall account management for assigned specialty pharmacies, including key performance indicators in line with brand plans and expectations.</li><li>Monitor performance of Specialty Pharmacy (SP) purchase and service agreements, including data requirements, for assigned accounts.</li><li>Ownership of Quarterly Business Reviews; including coordination with key internal and external partners to gain feedback and insights to help optimize customer engagements.</li><li>Proactively analyze SP data against business metrics and for continuous process improvement opportunities.</li><li>Exhibit deep and broad trade and channel knowledge including data oversight, dispense process, hub interactions, healthcare ecosystem impacts, and market access dynamics.</li><li>Partner with Insmed Patient Services and Field Account Management teams for operational process alignment and coordinated communications with channel partners and to ensure patients are progressing through the fulfillment process.</li><li>Manage and reconcile SP invoices for compliance and payment.</li><li>Partner with Channel Operations to manage inventory/product supply for assigned accounts.</li><li>Stay current on the healthcare delivery environment, maintaining exceptional in-depth knowledge of SP customers, their capabilities or challenges related to servicing patients.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including Patient Services, Market Access, Medical Account Management, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales Leadership. Ensure effective and accurate communication as well as compliant exchange of important account information, marketplace dynamics and messaging.</li><li>Travel : 30%<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You Are<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required and 6+ Years experience of pharmaceutical Specialty Pharmacy and/or other Market Access Account Management (OR Equivalent experience working for a Specialty Pharmacy and interacting with pharmaceutical manufacturers will be considered)</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SP operations, key performance indicators, fee-for-service agreements, SP service agreements (including data), HUB services and distribution/3PL channels</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build outstanding customer relationships, including strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse cross-functional audiences (internally and externally)</li><li>Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and business acumen</li><li>Possess initiative to identify customer issues and develop solutions.</li><li>Understanding of the health care laws impacting the pharmaceutical industry as well as those governing pharmacy.</li><li>Ability to complete projects and achieve goals on time while delivering high quality results.</li><li>Exercise sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies in all activities and communications.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pay Range<br><br></strong>$171,000.00-239,667.00 Annual<br><br><strong>Life at Insmed<br><br></strong>At Insmed, you’ll find a culture as human as our mission—intentionally designed for the people behind it.
