PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Safely deliver our quality products to our valued customers
  • As the face of Quality Enclosures, represent the company in a professional and helpful manner
  • Follow routes and time schedules.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Heavy Lifting required (glass handling)
  • Complete logs and reports
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Assist warehouse with manufacturing duties once delivery runs have been completed

EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver in a 26' box truck
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record with no recent traffic violations
  • Medical DOT Card
  • Ability to identify quality issues and report to leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, MVR, and background check

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This position requires long periods of sitting while driving. 
  • Standing, walking, heavy lifting of up to 75 lbs., pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing and ascending/descending stairs are physical demands of this position
  • Exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils & materials
  • Personal Protective Equipment required
