The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering insurance-related data into company systems with precision, judgment, and strong analytical skills. This role requires the ability to review documents, determine appropriate actions, and ensure compliance with departmental performance standards.
Your Impact:
  • Accurately interpret, identify, and input insurance policy information into company systems from mailed, faxed, or electronically sourced documents.
  • Follow established company guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry.
  • Identify accounts requiring special handling and route them to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Consistently meet departmental benchmarks for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, collaborative style.
  • 1 year of relevant experience (preferred in auto insurance, banking, data entry, or administrative support).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of training and related experience.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including, for eligible employees, medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings. Also, for eligible employees, the Company offers 10 to 20 vacation days depending on experience and generally offers 11 paid holidays and 5 half days, depending on the calendar year. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $16.50/hour plus annual discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
