The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to join our remote team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data entry tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work from home, supporting our operational needs and contributing to the smooth running of our data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into various databases and systems, ensuring high levels of precision and attention to detail.
  • Verify and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before entering it into the system.
  • Perform routine data audits to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
  • Manage and organize digital files and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and well-maintained.
  • Assist with generating reports and data summaries as required by the team.
  • Respond to data-related queries and provide support to other team members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
