We are seeking a Data Innovation & Protection Officer to support the Data Innovation & Protection Group (ED&E). In this role, you will assist with automation scripts, data management, and dashboard development, ensuring timely updates and effective management of data protection information.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Support development of automation scripts (e.g., Workato) to automate manual data cleaning and load processes.
β€’ Enhance and develop dashboards to track registration and engagement trends from the Data Protection Officer (DPO) community.
β€’ Support backend data management processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
β€’ Provide general administrative and logistical support for data protection initiatives.

Requirements
β€’ Degree in a technical field.
β€’ At least 3 years of experience in data management and analytics.
β€’ Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases.
β€’ Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modelling) and familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI).
β€’ Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA, Workato) and/or data analytics programming (e.g., Python) is preferred.
β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
