This is how we create a positive impact for our customers, our employees and the planet.</p><p><br></p><p>For additional details, please log in to https://www.orange-business.com/en/corporate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a security technology and solutions adviser, providing expertise across IT Security, OT Security, Cloud Security, IAM, SASE, Cyber Resilience, GRC, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Lead technology solution engagements, articulating security trends, threat landscapes, and architectural models to senior client stakeholders.</li><li>Develop enterprise security architectures aligned with business strategies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.</li><li>Conduct technical discovery workshops and deliver Proof-of-Concept/Proof-of-Value (PoC/PoV) demonstrations to uncover client challenges, validate solutions, and drive business opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and present value-driven proposals in response to tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, Application Security, and Industrial Security to support solution design.</li><li>Support sales teams across Asia and Hong Kong in identifying opportunities, developing solutions and pricing, and supporting negotiations through to contract signature.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client, vendor, and partner relationships through presentations, workshops, and collaborative engagements.</li><li>Integrate security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.) into solution designs.</li><li>Quantify and communicate the ROI of security investments, highlighting cost savings and risk reduction.</li><li>Innovate and develop new offerings, standardize governance, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the business.</li><li>Act as a mentor and role model, supporting both technical and sales team members.</li><li>Stay current on Orange Cyberdefense service offerings, market trends, and industry developments to position solutions effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 8 years of security-related working experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Security Consultant/Architect, preferably with presales exposure.</li><li>Strong knowledge and experience within the cybersecurity industry.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Managed Security Services, particularly SOC and CyberSOC environments.</li><li>Expertise in network security, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM, data protection, and application security.</li><li>Deep expertise across cybersecurity domains including Cloud Security, Data & Application Security, Incident Response, Security Intelligence, Threat Management, and Digital Trust.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing OT Security solutions (e.g., Nozomi, Cisco, Microsoft, Armis) is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of SASE (SD-WAN & SSE), Zero Trust Architecture (NIST SP 800-207), and the Microsoft Defender suite.</li><li>Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, IEC 62443, BSI).</li><li>Practical knowledge of SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto) and familiarity with leading vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, Zscaler, Netskope, Vectra, Checkpoint).</li><li>Prior experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or leading delivery of cybersecurity solutions for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Skilled in preparing proposals, scopes of work, and responding to tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.</li><li>Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in risk management practices.</li><li>Demonstrated confidence, creativity, tenacity, and flexibility in solving complex challenges.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You have unique experiences, skills and passions.
