Appointment Setter Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully booking high-quality appointments with key decision-makers in the Banking/Finance and Medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to engage potential clients and clearly articulate the value of our services.
  • Master our appointment setting scripts while having the confidence to go off-script and dynamically handle conversations.
  • Navigate objections and turn skepticism into curiosity.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for our CEO, ensuring a smooth and professional handover.
  • Diligently track activities and results using CRM and sales tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume cold calling role within the B2B tech or sales tech space.
  • Fluent, articulate English with a clear and confident speaking voice.
  • Demonstrable success in booking qualified appointments and meeting targets.
  • Experience working with US-based companies and clients.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools; experience with PhoneBurner is highly preferred.
