Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Content Moderator for YouTube & TikTok, playing a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment for millions of users. In this vital position, you will be on the front lines, meticulously reviewing user-generated content from two of the world’s largest social media platforms. Your daily tasks will involve evaluating videos, comments, live streams, and profiles against platform-specific community guidelines and legal standards. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, quick decision-making, and an unwavering commitment to upholding content integrity. You'll be instrumental in identifying and acting upon a wide range of content violations, from hate speech and misinformation to graphic violence and harassment, ensuring a positive user experience for all. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your ability to process complex information and apply nuanced policies will be constantly tested. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate a high volume of user-generated content (videos, comments, live streams, profiles) on YouTube and TikTok platforms.
  • Accurately identify and take appropriate action on content that violates community guidelines, terms of service, and legal standards (e.g., hate speech, violence, harassment, misinformation, spam).
  • Apply platform policies consistently and make timely, informed decisions, often under pressure.
  • Escalate complex, ambiguous, or highly sensitive content issues to senior moderators or specialized teams for further review.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content review while adhering to strict service level agreements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation guidelines, processes, and tools by providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay informed about current events, online trends, and evolving platform policy changes to anticipate and address emerging content challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent moderation strategy.
