Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Content Moderator to join our growing team in Leeds, England. In this vital role, you will be on the front lines of digital safety, responsible for reviewing user-generated content across globally recognised platforms like YouTube and TikTok. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all content adheres strictly to established community guidelines and policies, fostering a safe and respectful online environment for millions of users worldwide.

This position demands sharp judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and a deep understanding of evolving online trends and potential harms. You will be tasked with identifying and actioning content that violates rules pertaining to hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, harassment, illegal activities, and other prohibited categories. This isn't just about deleting content; it's about making nuanced decisions, often under pressure, to protect vulnerable users and maintain the integrity of our partnered platforms.

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to master content policies and moderation tools. Key Responsibilities
