About the Role: We're looking for a creative, hands-on Creative Social Media Content Creator passionate about short-form video (TikTok & Instagram Reels) and storytelling. You'll conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content, stay on top of trends, and help us connect with our audience. If you're comfortable and expressive on camera and love bringing ideas to life with a phone and tripod, join us! (Bonus: If you're passionate about food!)

What You'll Do:

  • Create, shoot (using phone/camera & tripod), and edit original short videos/Reels for TikTok & Instagram.
  • Develop video ideas based on current social media trends, ensuring content drives likes, shares, and comments.
  • Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar, adding motion graphics or basic animations.
  • Be comfortable and engaging appearing on camera/showing your face.
  • Collaborate on content strategy and calendar planning.
  • Track video performance and adjust content based on insights.
  • Assist with crafting video captions and related social media text.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok & Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Excellent creative thinking and storytelling abilities (a creative brain!).
  • Comfortable operating a phone/camera for shooting.
  • Confident being on camera and showing your face.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for food is a plus (if applicable).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in acting, directing, or significant on-camera presence.
  • Ability to incorporate motion graphics and simple animations into videos.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite.
  • Understanding of basic marketing strategy or how content contributes to business goals.
  • Passion for food (if relevant to the brand).
