Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement: Build strong connections with community members across Telegram, Discord, and other platforms, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.

Moderation & Compliance: Monitor discussions, enforce community guidelines, address inappropriate behavior, and manage escalations.

Member Support: Provide timely responses to member inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related issues.

Content & Programs: Support community campaigns, online events, and AMA sessions in collaboration with the marketing team.

Feedback & Insights: Collect user feedback, identify community trends, and share insights with product and operations teams to improve member experience.

Qualifications

Prior experience in community management or moderation within blockchain, fintech, or technology sectors.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable (Chinese, Korean, Spanish, etc.).

Understanding of Web3 ecosystems, blockchain technology, or financial technology is a plus.

Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic community activity.
