Support Supermom’s preschool and after-school programs by managing parent inquiries, arranging school tours, and assisting with enrolments.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to parent inquiries about scholarship programs via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Following up with interested parents and guiding them through the application process.
  • Coordinating and scheduling school tours for prospective applicants, updating tracker sheets, and representing the company at tours.
  • Actively promoting scholarship programs through various marketing channels in collaboration with the Community team.
  • Assisting parents with FAQs, consent, and enquiries to ensure smooth enrolment processing.
  • Providing ongoing support to parents throughout the scholarship journey to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the Campaign Associate Director as needed.
  • Validating sign-ups and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Checking and replying to customer emails/messages using standard templates, and consulting the Campaign Manager when necessary.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Preferred O-Level qualification or higher.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand conversational English and Chinese.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for tracking inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfort with customer interactions across WhatsApp, social media messengers, and appointment booking platforms (both online and offline).
