This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break)

Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage inbound lead conversion, client servicing, and booking coordination. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in consultative sales, and driven to maximize earnings through a performance-based commission structure.

This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from Facebook and Google Ads leads, as well as existing clients. The busy season runs from October through December, with steady activity from March through November. You’ll work directly with the business owner and have full access to company systems and tools to ensure success.


Scope
  • Primary focus on inbound lead conversion and sales (majority of role)

  • Secondary focus on client service and administrative booking tasks

  • Performance-based commission structure with additional earning potential per job booked

  • Seasonal workload with sustained activity throughout most of the year

  • Direct collaboration and reporting to the business owner



Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from new leads generated through Facebook, Google Ads, and text message campaigns

  • Convert leads into quotes and book carpet cleaning jobs using consultative sales techniques

  • Handle calls from existing clients for scheduling and service inquiries

  • Recommend service packages based on client needs and preferences

  • Apply assumptive closing techniques and sales psychology to secure bookings

  • Provide professional customer service, including handling objections and complaints

  • Conduct outreach to past clients during downtime to drive repeat business

  • Manage administrative tasks related to job booking and scheduling

  • Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage retention



Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record in lead conversion and deal closing

  • Experience in inbound and outbound sales (B2B or cleaning industry preferred)

  • Excellent conversational and persuasive communication skills

  • Knowledge of sales psychology and assumptive closing techniques

  • Professional phone manner with clear communication and minimal accent

  • Strong customer service skills for handling escalations effectively

  • Self-motivated, persistent, and resilient under pressure

  • Commission-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals

  • Experience using CRM systems and phone software is a plus
