Xiamen Airlines is a leading airline based in Xiamen, China, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Airline Representative to join our team at Changi Airport, Singapore. In this fast-paced role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our passengers.

Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide frontline customer service at check-in counters, verifying passports, travel documents, and issuing boarding passes.
  • Supervise ground agents and offer guidance as needed.
  • Assist with cargo bookings and manage lost and found items.
  • Facilitate a seamless arrival and departure process for passengers, collaborating with Flight Captains and Cabin Crew.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee special handling procedures for VIP passeengers and others requiring extra attention.
  • Proactively handle additional duties and projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • A-level or Diploma Qualification.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a psssion for the aviation industry.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the travel or airline industry is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift schedule at Changi Airport, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Immediate or short-notice start date is a plus.
  • Singaporean Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory.
