Role Overview:
They are looking for an experienced Advertising Manager or Senior Manager specializing in Amazon DSP and PPC to lead their Amazon advertising strategy. This role will focus on maximizing the effectiveness of Amazon DSP campaigns to drive growth and amplify their brands' presence across Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns to drive awareness, conversion, and customer acquisition. Own the end-to-end process, from strategy development to execution and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics, including reach, ROAS, and conversion rates. Implement data-backed strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets for DSP campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Audience Segmentation: Leverage Amazon’s audience data and custom segments to precisely target and engage with relevant audiences across the funnel.
  • Performance Reporting: Present reports on campaign performance, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with their broader e-commerce, teams to ensure alignment and leverage opportunities for growth.
  • Marketplace Insights: Stay informed about trends in Amazon Advertising, with a particular focus on DSP innovations. Identify opportunities to enhance our ad strategy based on market and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Amazon Advertising, specifically with Amazon DSP; hands-on experience with campaign management and optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement data-driven campaign adjustments.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with Amazon DSP and related analytics tools is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a fully remote setup, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
