Job Overview:

This is a full-time remote independent contractor position. Compensation is $6.00/hour USD (based on experience). We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Admin/HR Assistant/Recruiting Admin. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the companys recruitment efforts, providing day-to-day support for all HR-related functions and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and seamless operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment responsibilities including but not limited to:
    • Managing the applicant tracking system (Manatal)

    • Creating and posting job advertisements

    • Conducting proactive outreach to candidates

    • Resume screening

    • Conducting initial interviews

  • Provide Admin support for all human resources responsibilities.

  • Assists with task management to ensure team members are completing tasks on time.

  • Assist with scheduling and facilitating meetings.

  • Be a peer accountability partner.

  • Conduct research.

  • Create and update Word and Excel documents.

  • Special projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative/HR assistant/Recruitment role.

  • Strong time management, project management, and people skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Assertive (i.e., direct and clear communication with confidence), trustworthy and proactive.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems like Manatal, job posting boards like Indeed, Google Suite (GMail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets), project management systems like ClickUp, and other relevant software applications.
