We are looking for talents to join us on our expanding organization, KNO Group. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with attractive pay and opportunities. Hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including managing daily calendars, coordinating schedules, and arranging appointments.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with related tasks and actively following up on key matters.
  • Set work priorities, monitor progress toward targets, and manage detailed records to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Singapore Residents/Permanent Residents ONLY
  • Local Diploma or A level's in any discipline and above
  • Twenty One and above
  • Demonstrable experience in office management and executive
  • secretarial roles is desirable under tight timeliness and exercising
  • good judgement Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and teamwork
  • Experience in the financial advisory industry is a bonus
  • Proficiency in any data visualization tool will be an added advantage

Job Types: Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
