CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN UTAH.

AAA is looking for motivated individuals that are forward thinking, problem solvers who can wow our Members with their personalities, while critically thinking of unique, member-oriented solutions.

Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate

  • Hourly Plus Commision: $17.50 an hour plus commission, with holiday/bilingual differentials and opportunity for annual increase
  • Bonus: Additional monthly incentive bonus available
  • Full Time - 40 hours a week
  • Shifts: Shifts start as early as 8 AM and end as late as 10 PM. We are open 7 days a week, so shifts may include working weekends. You will pick your shift at the time you are offered the position.
  • Training Information: Training is paid. Training hours are 9 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday for 8 weeks.

What you will do: 

  • Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day
  • Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures
  • Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
  • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions

What you will need: 

  • Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
  • A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
  • You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc). Modem/router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
  • Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends); also open on holidays
  • Successful completion of criminal background screen
